SCHOLASTICS' MEET 2008 AT L.T.C, PUNE

This year the Scholastics' Meet was held at Loyola Training Centre, Pune. About twenty scholastics attended the gathering which was replete with events ranging from sharing of personal experiences to bountiful of action in the swimming pool and cricket field. The event was ably organised by Shashikant and team. Thanks to Sch Anish and James for their excellent work in the kitchen. Thanks also to our Superior of the Meet Fr. Francis D'Souza and others who dropped in to celebrate the Eucharist for us.











PROVINCE MEET 2008 AT LOYOLA RESIDENCE, PUNE

The scholstics' meet was followed by the Province meet attended by nearly 40 Jesuits from around the province. Fr. Desiderio Pinto from Vidyajyoti was present for the entire event. Representatives from different houses/works of the province presented a status report and future plans. There was fun time as well with Fr Kenny bagging the man of the match award for his excellent batting in 8-8 cricket. Mr. Gilby John from St. Vincent's night college gave a presentation on investment possibilities while Sch Anish woke us up from our slumber to start caring for our enviroment. Wake up calls there indeed!
